Primecore Construction Services is a newly established California construction firm founded in 2025 by seasoned construction professionals with more than 18 years of leadership, field experience, and project-management expertise. While Primecore is new as a corporation, its foundation was built long before—spanning continents and major infrastructure achievements.
Before establishing Primecore in the United States, the owner successfully operated a construction company in Afghanistan, completing significant projects such as large-scale buildings, bridges, and roadway systems. These projects were delivered under demanding conditions and strict international standards, shaping the disciplined, resilient, and precision-driven approach Primecore follows today.
Headquartered in San Diego, Primecore operates as a licensed General Building Contractor (CSLB License #1144575) and follows all requirements of California Title 24, Cal/OSHA, the California Labor Code, and governing federal regulations. The company is certified as a Small Business (SB) and Small Business for Public Works (SB-PW), with an active CAGE Code (16LF5) and UEI.
Primecore carries full general liability and workers’ compensation insurance and leverages modern construction technologies including BIM, AI-assisted estimating, and cloud-based project-management systems for transparent, accurate, and efficient delivery.
